At long last, a real Provençal-style mustard from France. They had all but disappeared from the mustard shelves of America, but Edmond Fallot of Beaune, France's premier old-fashioned mustard producer, has brought one to the States. Stone-ground in the traditional method. Superb with grilled chicken or fish.

Ingredients: Water, Mustard Seeds, Red Pepper (16%), Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Flavour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Preservative: Potassium Metabisulfite, Citric Acid, Spice.
