Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet mustard selection; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on non-perishable gift items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, opened jars of mustard or other food products cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Contact the Museum Shop
Email our mustard experts or call the gift shop to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Package Securely
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged by the carrier during transit.
- 3.Ship Your Items
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wisconsin.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items.
